An extensive

Choosing the location for each new apartment development starts with a site visit from Edge directors Gavin Hawkins and David Hillam. Together, they walk the site, breathing in the surrounds and conceptualising the vision as they apply their combined 40 years of financial and architectural expertise to ensure it meets the criteria necessary to make it another iconic Edge development, which often includes a waterfront location or water views.

Throughout the design and development application phase, Edge undertakes extensive community consultation, working with local authorities to ensure the development will be an asset not just to those who live in it, but to those who live in the surrounding community.



With buyers more environmentally conscious than ever, we’re committed to reflecting this in our designs and through the application of energy efficient and sustainable design principles. At every opportunity we seek out local, sustainably sourced materials, waterwise fixtures and fittings, and energy efficient services. Upholding this is paramount, which is why we work closely with the Council of Owners for each completed development in its infancy.

The most recent evidence of this can be found in Rivière Residences in Applecross, the first of many Edge developments targeting a 5-star Green Star certification.
