Choosing the location for each new development begins with a site visit from Edge directors Gavin Hawkins and David Hillam. Together, they walk the site, taking in the surroundings and conceptualising a vision informed by a combined 40 years of development expertise. The criteria is simple but fundamental; would they choose to live there? Would they confidently recommend this future development to family and friends? Only if the answer is a resounding yes will a site be considered for an Edge development.

Throughout the design and development application phase, Edge undertakes extensive community consultation, working with local authorities to ensure the development will be an asset to residents and the local community alike.
