We’re thrilled to advise Rivière has reached another milestone with the top level of the Central Building now complete.

Despite unforeseen shipping delays which affected the arrival of glazing at the Port, we’re pleased to report that the PACT Construction team continue to make steady progress on site having completed three levels of windows on East and Central respectively, with an additional three levels on each building to be completed by the end of the month.

With the windows installed to some of the levels described above, this allows the team to further progress the apartment interior fitouts including tiling and cabinetry works.

On the podium levels, the feature precast concrete along Canning Beach Road is well underway with the scaffold now erected to commence painting.
