Artisan Place, our proposal for the 1.37ha vacant site on Burt Street in Fremantle, has unanimously been approved by the Metro Inner-South Development Assessment Panel.

In partnership with DevelopmentWA, this exciting mixed-use development will comprise nine townhouses and 268 apartments over four buildings.

We look forward to bringing our experience in creating award-winning communities to deliver a diverse development that celebrates the rich history of arts and culture in Fremantle.

Designed by Hillam Architects, each building will draw upon and reflect the Fremantle aesthetic, inspired by local warehouses and heritage buildings, using a palette of finer steel elements, bricks and limestone.

This iconic project will also have a strong emphasis on inherent Fremantle values, embracing sustainability principals while offering residents and visitors the opportunity to enjoy a social connection to the nearby neighbourhood hub of George Street and the greater Fremantle area with green space, an integrated community arts hub and cafes.
