We are pleased to report that PACT Construction continues to progress well on site at Rivière Residences. Concrete slabs have been completed to Level 9 in the East Building and Level 7 in the Central Building.

The early stages of apartment fit outs have now commenced with installation and in-wall services now up to Level 2 within the East Building. Joinery is in production for many apartments, during which time the buyer’s selected colour schemes will be applied to the kitchen, bathroom and ensuite cabinetry, thereby contributing to the individual aesthetic of each new apartment. Window installation is due to commence on Level 1 apartments next month.

PACT is on track for East Building structure completion by January, followed shortly thereafter for Central Building structure completion, with an anticipated delivery date of October 2024.
