We are pleased to report that PACT continues to progress well through the Level 3 amenities, apartments and pool for the East and Central Building.

As the main building structure progresses at pace, PACT has commenced the installation of plumbing, electrical and air-conditioning services to the Ground Floor. This being the initial stages of the building fit-out works.

This is a significant milestone in the development timeline, not only in marking the commencement of the private residential amenities, but also because the East and Central towers sit above Level 3 and will start to emerge in the coming months.

As Rivière rises, it is starting to command the attention of commuters on Canning Bridge and the freeway.
