We are pleased to report that since our last update, PACT has progressed the Rivière Residences East Building concrete slab pour from Level 4 to Level 6, with the early stages of preparation underway for Level 7.

Meanwhile, the Central Building Level 4 slab pour is complete, with Level 5 being poured in the coming days. Installation of services continues to the lower level apartments, carparks and storage areas of both buildings.

The podium level (Level 3) structural elements will soon be completed, after which time we will begin to see the apartment levels rise from the podium.

PACT remains on track for an anticipated delivery date of Q3 2024.
