With less than a year until completion, we are pleased to report that PACT Construction has now reached level 14 in the East building and level 12 in the Central building at Applecross’s pre-eminent address, Rivière Residences. The completion of the East building structure, also known as the exciting moment of ‘topping out’ will occur in the coming weeks with the final slab of the Central building following shortly thereafter.

Looking to the inside of the building and the apartment internals are starting to take shape, with those up to level 5 now having services installed and cabinetry installation has commenced on level 1.
