It was critical that the values and priorities of the local community be built upon to afford Perth’s favourite beachfront strip a lasting architectural legacy and a sophisticated identity that is at last worthy of its pristine coastal location.

Central to the design is the retention and improvement of its most beloved asset, the iconic OBH bar and restaurant. In addition, the 198 apartments across 3 buildings and 120-room 5-star designed hotel reflects the enduring nature of the site. Adding to the community amenity will be 140 public car bays, multiple publicly accessible relaxation areas, retail and dining options, and sheltered, pocket parks on Marine Parade and Eric Street.

This is one of the biggest community givebacks Cottesloe has seen. The design promises to transform the site and bring it closer to the high expectations that the wider community hold of the popular destination.
