At the 2022 WINconnect Western Australian Apartment Advocacy (WAAA) Awards for Excellence on Friday night, Eden Floreat was named Winner in both the Luxury and Best Amenities Award categories.

The ground-breaking Arthouse Apartments in Joondalup was also named as a Finalist in the Pioneering Award category.
