The second stage of luxury Eden Floreat development, Eden East, has reached an exciting new milestone with the final concrete pour on the top level now complete.

Edge Visionary Living Directors Gavin Hawkins and David Hillam congratulated everyone involved in the project when they joined builder PACT Construction for the building’s official topping out ceremony this week.

With Eden West almost complete and the finishing touches being applied and Eden East due for completion in December, there are now only a limited number of three and four bedroom apartments, penthouses and private residences still available.
