Edge Visionary Living has submitted the Development Application for our new luxury and boutique apartment development at 168 Broadway, Crawley.

The proposed development on the 1,413sqm waterfront site is for 21 apartments over seven levels, associated car parking, communal areas, and landscaping.

Located at the end of Broadway opposite the iconic Steve’s Hotel, the rare riverfront site boasts picturesque and uninterrupted views of the Swan River and parklands to the south. Designed by Hillam Architects, the apartments will open onto JH Abrahams Reserve, with a direct connection to the river and public open space.
