Following strong off-the-plan sales at The Dunes Beachfront Residences, construction has commenced at our iconic Scarborough address.

The milestone was celebrated with a ‘turning of the sod’ event on site this week with key stakeholders. Joining Edge Directors Gavin Hawkins and David Hillam were Roberts Co Principal, Andrew Roberts and CEO Matt Bourne, City of Stirling Mayor Mark Irwin and CEO Stevan Rodic, Property Council Interim Executive Director Emily Young, Urbis Town Planning Director Tim Dawkins, and DevelopmentWA Executive General Manager Planning and Transition Matt Ryan.

This marks is a historic milestone for Scarborough, not only the commencement of construction but the realisation of a new standard for luxury beachfront apartment living on the Perth Coastline

Scarborough is evolving into Perth’s premier beachside destination and The Dunes stands at the forefront of this transformation.

As Roberts Co’s first undertaking in WA, CEO Matt Bourne emphasised the significance of this milestone as they look forward to an ongoing partnership with Edge.

The Dunes is 55 per cent sold and anticipated for completion in mid-2026.
