The initial construction works are progressing smoothly at The Dunes Beachfront Residences in Scarborough, with the perimeter piling around the boundary having been completed. This significant milestone has enabled us to begin bulk excavation, with approximately 700m3 of earthworks being removed from site each day. This process will help us reach the foundation depths necessary across the site and form the lowest level of the basement construction.
